Where Your Server Runs
Two availability zones of our own in Eindhoven, plus partner capacity in Singapore and Montreal.
Physical location decides latency, and who operates the building decides what we can promise you about it. So rather than describing all three locations as if they were the same thing, here is exactly what each one is.
OUR OWN INFRASTRUCTURE
Two separate availability zones in the Brainport region, on Nokia and Arista network hardware that we specify, own and operate ourselves. The biggest disks, the lowest entry price, and the only location where nobody stands between us and your server.
| Best for | The EU, the UK, and anything with a GDPR requirement |
| Traffic | Unmetered outbound, under our Fair Use Policy |
| Ports | 500Mbit up to 10Gbit, depending on the plan |
| Max disk | 2560GB NVMe |
| Availability target | 99.9% IP connectivity, 99.99% power, per our SLA |
| DDoS protection | Included |
PARTNER: LEASEWEB
A gateway into Southeast Asia without shipping your traffic across an ocean first. This is our most expensive region, because Singapore capacity genuinely costs more, and we would rather show you that than bury it in the total.
| Best for | Southeast Asia, Australia and the wider APAC region |
| Traffic | 30TB outbound per month, hard capped rather than billed as overage |
| Ports | 10Gbit on every plan |
| Max disk | 600GB NVMe |
| Availability target | 99.0% IP connectivity, 99.9% power, per our SLA |
| DDoS protection | Up to 5Gbps volumetric and 2.5 million pps protocol |
PARTNER: LEASEWEB
Good reach across eastern Canada and the US East Coast, and a cheaper way into North America than hosting inside the United States itself.
| Best for | Canada, the US East Coast and transatlantic traffic |
| Traffic | 30TB outbound per month, hard capped rather than billed as overage |
| Ports | 10Gbit on every plan |
| Max disk | 600GB NVMe |
| Availability target | 99.0% IP connectivity, 99.9% power, per our SLA |
| DDoS protection | Up to 5Gbps volumetric and 2.5 million pps protocol |
The same in all three
- AMD EPYC processors
- NVMe storage throughout, no spinning disks anywhere
- One IPv4 and one IPv6 address per server
- Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux, with full root access
- No setup fee, and a pro-rated first month
Why we say which is which
Plenty of hosts present resold capacity as their own datacenters. We would rather tell you where the line is, because it changes what you can hold us to: our SLA sets different availability targets for CBWS infrastructure and for Leaseweb infrastructure, and it would be dishonest to blur that on the way in.
