All personal data required in this context is collected, processed, and used exclusively to safeguard our own business interests with regard to advising and supporting our clients and interested parties, or for the purpose of concluding a contract. Serverbear only processes personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian, or legal representative. However, Serverbear cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 17. Serverbear therefore advises parents, guardians, or legal representatives to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent their children’s personal data from being collected without their parental consent.

Serverbear only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
